The creativity of employees has a decisive effect on the survival and development of enterprises.The level of creativity of employees is influenced by the leadership mode.Transformational leadership can effectively improve the creativity of employees,and thus improving the overall innovation ability and competitiveness of the organization,and then promoting the sustainable and steady development of the organization,so more and more researchers began to study the leadership model and the relationship between the creativity of employees and transformational leadership.From the literature we can found that some scholars have studied the relationship,but the conclusions are not consistent.Existing research discussed relations between them from some aspects,ignoring individual level aspects.For example,we can carry out research in the research from the following two aspects: how the mechanism works,what factors need to be considered in the mechanism.This paper studies the relationship between transformational leadership and creativity of employees in four aspects for further research: morale modeling,charisma,individualized consideration and visionary vision.Inconsistencies in previous findings maybe results from the existence of black box between transformational leadership and employee creativity.When transformational leadership provides employees with more freedom and more targeted help,employees accept the leadership's behavior patterns and then influence their recognition of the organization.Studies have shown that transformational leadership significantly affect organizational identity of employees,and in return,if employees have the high degree of recognition of the organization,they will work hard without hesitation to put forward their own views and suggestions to help employees generate innovative thinking.Organizational identity can promote the creation of innovative behavior.It can be seen that organizational identity has a mediating role between transformational leadership and employee creativity.This paper further validates the mediating role of organizational identity in the relationship between them.This paper is based on the theories of transformational leadership,social identity,social exchange,and creativity interaction and constructs a model between transformational leadership,organizational identity and employee creativity by reading a large number of related literatures.This research adopts the domestic scholars' measurement scale,which comes from Chinese cultural background,measuring relevant variables.The following conclusions are drawn from the 466 valid samples: There are no significant differences in demographic variables such as gender,age,educational background,and firm size,but significant differences in the working years and unit properties;Transformational leadership and its dimensions have a positive predictive effect on the creativity of the employees;three dimensions of moral leadership,vision motivation,and leadership charisma of transformational leadership have a positive predictive effect on organizational identity.The role of organizational identity in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee creativity is partly mediated.According to the above conclusions and the reality,this paper proposes the following management recommendations: The organization should strengthen the members' understanding of the transformational leadership and the transformational leadership training for the enterprise leaders;organization should try to create a culture of openness and innovation that supports innovation and a corporate vision to encourage employees to solve problems creatively;Organizations should strive to enhance employee organizational identity and cohesion so that employees can improve their own growth and business development combined;Organizations should take different forms but in substantially the same substance to create personalized incentives,and provide targeted help to employees in their work and life,and thus promoting the organizations to develop better.we should establish information communication channels to provide a good environment and platform for the creative development of employees In the enterprise.
