Research On The Allocation Efficiency Of Regional Labor Resources In China

With the change of the economic environment development,the employment of China's regional labor resources has undergone new changes.In the traditional labor exporting province,there is a tide of returning home,and the number of migrant workers has been reduced.And even some areas appear the recruitment difficult phenomenon.However,in the province of labor flow into,structural contradictions in employment is prominent,and the situation is not optimistic.With the demographic dividend gradually subsided,and regional,industry employment differentiation gradually revealed in our country,it is particularly important to give a full play the structure dividend of regional labor force in China.Under this background,this paper focuses on the allocation of labor resources and its allocation efficiency.Firstly,this paper describes the basic characteristics of the distribution of labor resources in different regions of china,and summarizes the regional distribution and development trends of labor in industry,urban and rural areas,gender,education and other dimensions.Then,this paper estimates the allocation efficiency of labor resources in china by using the method of index analysis and elastic analysis.The results show that there are differences in the allocation of industry,urban and rural areas,gender and education level in different regions.Based on the results of calculation,this paper argues that the rational allocation of labor resources is still an effective way to improve the allocation efficiency of labor resources.Finally,this paper analyzes the obstacles existing in the flow of labor force between industries and urban and rural areas,and examines the errors of gender,educational level,and other micro attributes of labor resources in regional allocation,and put forward corresponding suggestions to promote the optimal allocation of labor resources in the end.using spatial statistical analysis and index analysis and elastic analysis and comparative analysis integrated,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the allocation of labor resources in China from macro to micro and achieved some results,will also lay the foundation for further study.But it is undeniable that there are some deficiencies in this paper.For example,the article lacks quantitative research on the optimization of configuration efficiency,and It is also a need to further improve in the future.
