Research On The Structure And Allocation Efficiency Of Labor Resource In Liaoning Province

Labor is a part of production factors,and is the most basic factor of production.At the same time,the labor force also has the attribute of resources.There is a contradiction between the unlimited demand for resources and the finiteness of resources.This makes it necessary to make rational allocation of resources.The allocation of labor resources in urban and rural areas affects the process of urbanization and the level of economic and social development.In the past,the analysis of the problems existing in the economic development of Liaoning province from the perspective of the structure and efficiency of labor resource allocation are relatively few.Labor force and capital are the two basic factors that influence economic growth.Through the study of labor resources allocation structure,structure efficiency and production efficiency of Liaoning province,is helpful to understand the reason for the allocation of labor resources in Liaoning Province,so as to effectively solve the existing problems in the economic development of Liaoning province.Through the calculation of labor participation rate,job search rate and unemployment rate,it is considered that the situation of labor force participation and the supply and demand of labor market in Liaoning province is not optimistic.On the one hand,the allocation of labor force between urban and rural areas in Liaoning province is not balanced.On the other hand,the allocation of labor force between the three industries in Liaoning province is unreasonable.Based on the structural deviation index,the results show that the allocation efficiency of labor resources in Liaoning province is low.From the perspective of industrial structure,urban and rural structure and employment structure,heavy industry proportion is not reasonable,a small number of private enterprises,the county economic development lags behind,the internal structure of the third industry is unreasonable and lack of occupation education development are the main reasons for affecting the Liaoning province labor resources allocation structure and allocation efficiency.Aiming at the problem and the causes of the problem,this paper puts forward the overall path of optimizing the allocation of labor resources in Liaoning province.The government can use industrial policy,urban and rural policies to revitalize the real economy,and strengthen the industrial base and urbanization and other intermediary services,so as to optimize the allocation of labor resources.At the sametime,the government can also use the supporting policy to serve the ultimate goal of the optimal allocation of labor resources.
