In recent years,Chinese trade integration in the global context,increasing the number and size of overseas investment,overseas investment are showing a rising trend,to continue to promote the sustainable development of China economy has played an important role.As one of the most influential countries in the world,Russia is the largest China neighbors,is a country rich in resources,its economic development has a very important influence on Chinese,bilateral trade between the two countries is growing,increased from $42 billion 200 million in 2011 to $95 billion 280 million in 2014,is expected to be $200 billion in 2020.China has become Russia's largest trading partner.But in 2014 China of direct investment in Russia only $4 billion 80 million,compared with the developed countries such as Japan,Chinese on direct investment in Russia is still relatively small,is still in the initial stage,in direct investment in Russia is also confronted with many problems.Therefore,in-depth analysis of Chinese effect on direct investment in Russia of Russia in trade between the two countries,to strengthen foreign trade cooperation with Russia to promote bilateral economic and political exchanges,is of great significance.This thesis consists of preface,five chapters and conclusion of seven parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the selected topic,and reviews the related research literatures,and points out the main content and research methods of this paper.The second part,the theoretical basis of the study.Which covers the trade and investment alternatives,trade and investment theory and the theory of complementarity.In the third part,this part analyzes the current situation of China's direct investment and bilateral trade,and expounds the current situation of China's direct investment in Russia and the development process and current situation of bilateral trade between Russia and China.The fourth part of the China in-depth analysis of the impact on the Russian direct investment in Russian bilateral trade,first introduced the mechanism of direct investment and trade,on the basis of the Sino Russian trade scale and trade structure,analyzes the impact of FDI on Sino Russian bilateral trade,finally using the Grainger causality test.The fifth part analyzes the problems existing in the two aspects of China's direct investment and bilateral trade between Russia and China.In the sixth part,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the expansion of China's investment to Russia to promote bilateral trade.The seventh part,conclusion,summarizes the full text.
