S printing company is a leading position in the printing enterprises all over the country.It ranks in the first place in the North China region,and can represent the production level and development of printing industry in North China.First of all,under the unremitting efforts of S printing company,has achieved good results by enterprises,in the domestic printing industry occupies a space for one person,the development on the upgrade;but at the same time,S printing company also is facing development bottlenecks,lack of strategic management is restricting the further development of enterprises hinder,makes the enterprise can not be sustained healthy to the expansion and development,the current state of some stop.This paper analyzes the status of S printing company,introducing the domestic and overseas strategic research literature,reiterated to the enterprise,the important position of the strategy,at the same time starting from methodology,based on extensive absorption reference strategy research on the views of experts and scholars,summing up the strategic management and strategic trends,and puts forward the content and method the establishment of development strategy.In this paper,SWOT analysis model is used to analyze the depth of S printing company from four aspects related to SWOT.With the PEST analysis model,analysis of the strategic environment for the development of the printing industry in detail,according to the above analysis result,and puts forward the development strategy of S printing company can choose,a clear corporate strategic focus and implementation of safeguard measures.Based on the above analysis,this paper finally draws a conclusion that the operation of the future direction of S printing company should focus on giving full play to its advantages,through growth and cost leadership development strategy,in order to promote the S printing company printing industry chain operation level and efficiency,realize the enterprise cost leading strategy,S printing companies can provide their own material suppliers bargaining power further,the procurement of raw materials to reduce cost and obtain cost advantages.Including finally for the strategic development of S printing company proposed the implementation of measures:to promote technological innovation,optimize product structure,promote the product brand construction,strengthen the use of information technology,the construction of learning enterprise culture strategy implementation safeguard measures.The application of Enlightenment:through empirical research methods,through the understanding of the strategy of foreign printing industry market,the status and situation of China's current printing industry analysis,help Chinese printing enterprises to accurately determine the external situation,clarify the internal and external advantages and disadvantages,recognize the opportunities and challenges,make good use of their own advantages avoid the disadvantages of development,make reasonable strategic transformation plan.Printing enterprises should meet their own development and maximize their utilization of resources.Provide material and reference the research results of this paper for printing enterprise decision-making and deployment,and then solve the seek regional printing industry to solve the contradiction of survival and development of the overall strength of the weak,to provide theoretical support for the practice,have great reference value and practical significance.
