Economic value added(EVA)as a measure of operating performance,the implementation of the performance evaluation indicators are widely recognized,EVA Dimensions in 2009 on the basis of economic value indicators created to assess the value of enterprise value creation EVA momentum(EVA Momentum)indicators TheThis paper uses ZTE as an example to evaluate the value-added system of economic value-added system.It is found that ZTE has a "V" form of economic value added during 2009-2015,especially in the period of 2011 to 2012,even negative.From this point of departure,"which factors led to ZTE economic growth momentum changes" is the core of this study.According to the mechanism of economic value-added momentum,this paper uses the case analysis method to classify and analyze the development strategy of ZTE in recent years from the aspects of production operation efficiency and market profit efficiency,and from the profit model,the level of R&D,Cost savings,future market layout and other dimensions of ZTE is how to change through the market competition strategy to promote the efficiency of production operations and market profit efficiency changes,and thus affect the momentum of economic growth momentum changes.Through the analysis,this paper mainly draws the following results:(1)The adjustment of the enterprise's market competition strategy influences the value creation efficiency of the enterprise through the two dimensions of production efficiency or market profit efficiency,and then promote the economic value added Changes in momentum indicators.(2)To verify the mechanism of economic value-added momentum to measure the efficiency of enterprise value creation,and to find out that the momentum of economic added value can be a new index for enterprise shareholders,management and investors to measure performance and perform performance evaluation.(3)Analyze the market competition strategy of ZTE's production efficiency and market profit efficiency,and provide reference for other enterprise management to adjust the market competition strategy by means of economic value-added momentum system.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)The research ideas of this paper are obviously different from the previous performance research.This paper excavates the index of economic added value momentum,evaluates the development strategy of ZTE's development market,and pays attention to the efficiency of enterprise creation.(2)Through case analysis,this paper analyzes how the market competition strategy of the enterprise can achieve the effect of economic value-added fluctuation by influencing the efficiency of production operation and the efficiency of market profit.Combining the mechanism of economic value-added momentum and the actual case,Provide application reference.
