Finance leasing was born in the United States during the 1950's,followed by such business models in the world have been rapidly replicated and developed.After 60 years of development,financial leasing and bank loans,the capital market "three pillars",has become an important financing channel for enterprises.China's financial leasing business has achieved rapid growth since the implementation of the Financial Leasing Company's Administrative Measures in 2007.By the end of 2015,the total number of financial leasing enterprises in China has reached 4508.The actual operation of the financial leasing companies about 1350,the registered capital of 102.2 billion yuan.With the intensification of competition,the downward pressure on the economy,the development of the financial leasing industry in 2016 is not optimistic,industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce,industry profits continue to decline,while the systemic risk of the industry is gradually increasing.How to deepen the understanding of financial leasing,how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the financing leasing industry chain,is the significance of this paper.In this paper,the author works for the A company as the research object,through the study of the whole process of financial leasing projects,analysis of the A company in the past put the project specific circumstances,the use of SPSS22.0 software project carried out empirical analysis of the relevant factors on the company Internal rate of return of the size of the hope that can be found from the rapid development of financial leasing key link to find out the current financial leasing business problems and their causes.At the same time,by analyzing the successful experience of the A company in recent years,we hope to provide some suggestions for other financial leasing industry.Useful reference.During the period of writing this article,the A company is still in the business model of innovation research,the business model and business strategies are accumulated from practice,the author according to the MBA during the study,adding some more reasonable Analytical method.At the same time,financial leasing is still developing and perfecting,there are many places need further study,I hope more people can pay attention to financial leasing,focus on business model innovation.
