The Motivation Analysis Of Commercial Bank's Credit Asset Securitization

Since the 1970 s,securitization has taken an important place in the world of financial innovation.The importance of securitization is indisputable in terms of macro or micro analysis.Look from the former,it possesses the advantages of optimizing the allocation of resources,and improve the efficiency of commercial Banks' capital structure can be improved on this basis,make investors have diversified investment options.Bond financing in developed countries,the development of securitization is very mature,the scale of bond financing of asset securitization has been more than the issuance of corporate bonds.Based on our country commercial bank credit assets securities as the research object,on the basis of existing research,expounds the concept of asset securitization,the use of cash flow analysis principle,risk isolation principle,principle of asset restructuring,increased credit principle as the theoretical basis,first theoretically analyses the mechanism of the effect of credit asset securitization,summarizes the basis of our country commercial bank credit assets securitization asset characteristics,and then choose whether to asset securitization is as explained variable,liquidity ratio,deposit-loan ratio,capital adequacy ratio and so on six variables as explanatory variables,the bank size as control variable,Probit model was established for half a year for a statistical cycle,choose nine commercial Banks in China in 2011-2015 data to carry on the empirical analysis,the results show that the institute for the interpretation of the selected variables and the relationship between asset securitization of commercial Banks in line with expectations hypothesis,and gives the policy Suggestions at six,the development of asset securitization in our country has important theoretical significance.
