Feedback is one of the important contents in the field of human resource management in the enterprise management practice,it is important to maintain the stable development of the organization framework.However,employees often reflect that the feedback from the superior often can not meet the needs of staff.Based on this,we put forward that the research of feedback-seeking behavior is very necessary.Feedback-seeking behavior is actively seek valuable information to meet the self demand which is based on their own perspective.At present,a large amount of research shows that feedback-seeking behavior has positive prediction effect on job performance.The feedback-seeking behavior is autonomous behavior.Whether the positive work performance is completely coming from feedback-seeking behavior ? The positive influence is completely from the feedback seeking behavior,in other words,the pursuit of pure insults caused by the independent variable is the cause of our research.This paper considers that work engagement may mediate the relationship between feedback-seeking behavior and work performance.Because large number of studies indicated that work engagement and work performance have positive relationship.So this study focuses on exploring the feedback seeking behavior on the impact of work engagement.It is very necessary to have strong inner driving force for research personnel.We think that feedback-seeking can maximally stimulate their work enthusiasm,and they will have more work engagement.At the same time,the innovation work itself is strongly challenging,which requires employees with mental state which is stable and lasting.Self efficacy is the individual's mental toughness reaction to complete the task.This study will discuss the relationship between feedback-seeking and work engagement of research personal and the mediation role of self efficacy between feedback-seeking and work engagement of research personal by using the method of combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research.Firstly,we analyze the theory of feedback-seeking behavior,self efficacy,and work engagement,and make sure the study mechanism of the relationship betweenthe three variables.Then the data were analyzed by using statistical software SPSS16.0,.This study proposes self efficacy is to explain mechanism of feedback-seeking and work engagement.The conclusion reveals that enterprise managers should pay attention to the problems in management,and promote employees more work engagement by the guidance from managers.
