With the development of China's economy and strengthen of Chinese investment awareness, domestic security companies are facing chances as well as challenges in brokering business, considering many competitive factors such as deregulation of domestic capital market in future, quick increase of domestic security companies and financing products, and so on. The only way for domestic security companies to win in the competition of brokering business is to discard traditional lower brokerage, turning to offer financing service of high grade. Sales account manager are those people who develop and maintain marketing channels and customers, so they are very important for security company. Actually, successful reformation for Security Company in brokering business depends on that of these sales account managers. Refomiation means higher requirements, more complex tasks and harder challenges than before, which easily cause lower work engagement and passion recession. So, how Security Companies deal with this paradox is the principal question to solve for them.By reviewing relative work engagement researches, the hypothesis that self-efficacy possesses positive forecasting function of work engagement is put forward and empirically proved. This research examines the conception and construction of work engagement and self-efficacy of sales account managers as well as the relationship between them by the means of observation, interview and questionnaire. Moreover, we design organization supporting behaviors based on self-efficacy theory and make a six-month research in a branch of HUATAI Security Company.The main conclusions we get in this paper are as follows:1) the self-efficacy of sales account managers conclude communication self-efficacy and profession self-efficacy, while the relative questionnaire consists of 12 projects; 2) the work engagement consists of vigor, dedication, absorption and cognition, while the relative questionnaire consists of 20 projects.3) Both correlation analysis and regression analysis show that self-efficacy possesses positive forecasting function of work engagement.4) the variance analysis for data-before and after test-shows that precise organization supporting behaviors are statistically significant in improving self-efficacy and work engagement of sales account managers.
