Application Research Of Enterprise Total Budget Management Under Cloud Accounting System

With the rapid development of big data technology and cloud computing technology,countries all over the world are exploring how to use information technology to promote the development of the national economy.As the world's second largest economy,Chinese companies have already begun to pay attention to the development of information technology and introduce it into the scope of strategic management.As an important part of management accounting,comprehensive budget is also an important way for enterprise management.It combines with cloud accounting to introduce cloud accounting and big data perspective into the overall budget management process,which can effectively improve the overall budget management effect.This paper takes a company that has built a cloud accounting general ledger as the research object,analyzes its current budget system status and current problems,and explores the feasibility of building a comprehensive budget management framework in its current system.In the case,the goal of system construction is first defined,and the appropriate system products are selected according to the actual situation of the case company.The system design ideas are defined from the goal,and the idea of the balanced scorecard is combined with the characteristics of the cloud accounting system to select the appropriate enterprise.Combine cloud computing and big data technologies to increase the breadth and depth of enterprise budget analysis.After the system is completed and put into use,it is summarized and evaluated according to the application results of the enterprise.At the same time,the cloud platform also provides convenience for enterprises to establish their own budget data centers and even industry data centers.The budgeting process and budget timeliness of enterprises are also optimized and improved through the cloud accounting system.At the end of the article,the company proposes further optimization suggestions for the company's comprehensive budget system.It is proposed that the fund management and budget management can be combined to improve the use of big data and cloud computing technologies.However,due to the late start of China's comprehensive budget management work,the case mentioned in this article also have certain limitations.
