Based On Value Chain Of BF Group Operating Funds Management Research

With the integration of the world economy,more and more attention has been paid to the market position and competitive power of enterprises.Financial management as an important part of enterprise management,and working capital is the guarantee of financial management work,so the working capital directly determines the success or failure of the enterprise.The enterprise wants to obtain competitive advantage,we must quickly absorb and integration of new methods of working capital management,enterprises can gain the initiative in working capital management,to win a seat in the market.The role of working capital in an enterprise is to maximize the value,and the value chain is the main tool to obtain and maintain competitive advantage,so the value chain and working capital combination is feasible.The management of enterprise’s working capital based on value chain can solve the management deficiency of working capital in enterprise and maximize the benefit of every link of enterprise value chain.Originality is the enterprise capital management theory and value chain theory to complement each other,with the combination of the two body to the status of enterprise working capital management is analyzed systematically based on the perspective of value chain,promoting comprehensive business working capital management.Based on the above understanding of working capital and value chain,taking BF group as an example,how to study the management of enterprise working capital based on the value chain perspective.With the thought of value chain and the actual situation of BF group,the construction model of working capital management is put forward.The enlightenment,in the enterprise operating fund management problems,and actively use the value chain to analyze,for other enterprises,industry based on the value chain of working capital management reference.In the BF group as an example,on the domestic and foreign related literature value chain,working capital management based on the collation,and the related theories,through the system of industry,competitors and internal theoretical analysis,put forward the optimization of working capital management and evaluation system;thirdly,based on the research of the selected BF group the case shows that the basic situation of BF group,based on the analysis of the agricultural industry,analysis of BF group’s internal indicators analysis and competitors,putting forward the existing problem of the present stage of BF group;in case the enterprise operating funds management mode of construction,improve the working capital of the enterprise management,to the enterprise operation capital management provides a new means of value chain management theory.
