| With the continuous upgrading of information technology,mobile Internet era has been unexpected.The popularity of mobile Internet has changed people’s lives gradually in various fields,such as entertainment,consumption and information to receive the way.Especially with the popularity of mobile social products such as microblogging,WeChat and so on,which has led to tremendous changes in the information dissemination environment.The increasingly complex information communication environment will greatly increase the possibility of enterprise crisis,but also increase the difficulty of dealing with the crisis,the harm to the enterprise may also be more serious.So,how to deal with the challenges of the new information environment,to find a better crisis public relations strategy,as much as possible to reduce the crisis caused by the loss of enterprises,and better maintain the corporate brand image,to ensure good and sustainable development of enterprises? It becomes an important research topic.In the context of the mobile Internet era,this topic aims to explore the countermeasure strategy of public relations for the modern enterprises and provide new contents and ideas for the academic research in the field of crisis public relations.Specifically,the first part of the introduction,explained the meaning of the topic,the status quo at home and abroad.Then in the second part,this paper elaborates the basic theories of crisis public relations concept and handling principle.In the third part,the author puts forward the challenge of the crisis of the mobile Internet,and then,in order to improve the practicality of the paper,the fourth chapter analyzes the typical case of the crisis public relations under the mobile Internet age.On this basis,finally,in part 5th,we get the coping strategies of corporate crisis public relations under the mobile Internet age.Finally,this study is summarized. |
