With the continuous development of the marketing economic system of our country,and deeper work of the electric power industry reform,the State Council released the document of Suggestions on The Further Deepening of the Reform of Electric Power System in 2015,marking the electric industry to enter a new stage.The Suggestions on The Further Deepening of Power System Reform put forward clearly that the biggest merit is to release power distribution business to social capital,which means China's Power Grid Corp has been the exclusive monopoly power distribution system completely broken.In the future power supply enterprises will face more challenges and competition in the market.In this background,power supply enterprises must strengthen the management and maintenance of the electricity market in order to ensure the profit,especially to strengthen the power marketing.This paper based on electricity marketing theory,analyzes the present situation of electric power marketing of Dandong power supply company,with the SWOT analysis to analyze the internal marketing environment of Dandong power supply company,the main problems of Dandong power supply company existing in the electric power marketing link,including the lack of scientific system of marketing,the overall planning,and service level remains to be improved.By taking the achievements and advanced experience of electric power marketing in domestic and abroad as reference,applying marketing theory of power market,providing methods for Dandong power supply company to solve the problem of marketing,includes the preparation of marketing business quality control system,the introduction of GPRS wireless remote meter reading system,the establishment of Dandong power supply company of electric power marketing system of scientific and reasonable,as well as improve service quality,strengthen the power marketing work,also provide reference for other power supply companies to carry out the marketing of electric power.
