According to the theory of marketing, and combining the actual situation of power enterprises in the city of WuHai, the electric power marketing strategy is analyzed. Based on the?scientific analysis of electricity market status in WuHai and the situation of electric power marketing of WuHai Electric Power Bureau, this paper predicts the future direction and demand of the electricity market using the basic theory of electric power marketing, and divides up the market, then identifies the target market. According to the prediction results and the target market characteristics, the high-quality service strategy, BPR strategy, electricity price strategy,? power promotion strategy, and reducing losses to increase the effectiveness strategy are proposed. At the same time, taking into account the technical problems which restricts the development of power load, three technical measures are proposed: solving the power supply bottleneck, reasonable distribution of power grid, and improving the power supply reliability.By analyzing the relationship between power enterprises and the electricity market, finding out the macro and micro environment which impact the electricity power marketing activities, predicting the development of electricity demand, analyzing needs and buying behavior of electricity customers, and studying on the theory of electric power marketing, this paper provides a set of basic theory to establish a system of market forecast, market development, and market service for power enterprises which is urgently needed. Only through exploring new marketing strategy which is personality and adapts to the local conditions, the growth of electricity consumption can be promoted to achieve better economic and social benefits, then the electric power market will be dynamic, and grow continuously.
