“The First Mile” Cold Chain Network Layout Of Fresh Agricultural Products

With the continuous improvement of people's quality of life,people on the food requirements are constantly increasing,in the purchase of fresh agricultural products,fresh degree has become a major factor in the decision to purchase.Due to the sensitivity of fresh agricultural products to the time,resulting in a high rate of corruption in circulation.The main reason for the high loss rate of fresh agricultural products in circulation is the lack of cold chain function nodes,fresh agricultural products harvested without pre cooling directly into the circulation,directly affected the transport process and the loss of consumer.The precooling of fresh agricultural products is the process of "first kilometer" of cold chain,Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of "first kilometer" cold chain network of fresh agricultural products,then face the fresh agricultural products in the first mile cold chain network layout.Based on the above background,this paper focuses on the research of fresh agricultural products in the "first mile" cold chain network layout,through the construction of fresh agricultural products in the "first mile" cold chain network model to solve the fresh agricultural products in the first mile cold chain network problem.First,by reading a lot of research on the cold chain network layout of the domestic and foreign literature,the cold chain logistics,elaborates the cold chain "first mile" concept,characteristics of the cold chain logistics is analyzed,the network layout model are introduced,analyzed the set covering model,the difference between the maximum coverage model and the median P-the model,and the algorithm for solving the network layout is described;Through the cold chain of the first mile concept and characteristics as well as the layout model,then analyze the fresh agricultural products first mile cold chain network layout,by analyzing the composition of the fresh agricultural products in the first mile cold chain network nodes and transport routes and other factors,to sum up the two important nodes in the "first mile" cold chain network: the network nodes and the surrounding services provide cold chain requirements;Secondly,through the provision of the service cold chain network nodes and the surrounding demand point on the whole "first mile" cold chain network layout requirements,summed up the "first mile" goal and the principle of cold chain network layout,and traffic factors from the three aspects of policy,and the natural environment influence analysis of fresh agricultural products first kilometer "cold chain network layout;Then,according to the characteristics of the network layout model,the set covering model with the minimum total cost of the cold chain network as the goal is used as the layout model of the "first mile" cold chain network,and solving heuristic algorithms for the model,to set the recommended selection of solutions obtained from the determination of the layout scheme of the ideal;Finally,taking A County as a case,this paper studies the "first mile" cold chain network layout of the fresh agricultural products in this county,and verifies the validity and feasibility of the model and algorithm.
