| In recent years, with the adjustment of agricultural structure and the consumption level of residents of the continuous improvement of fresh agricultural products in China, the production and the circulation increased year by year, and the concern of the whole society of fresh agricultural products quality and safety also unprecedented upsurge, which on the fresh agricultural products from the origin to the hands of consumers in each circulation link put forward higher management control requirements. Generally speaking, there are two important factors influencing the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products in circulation process: one is the temperature factors, namely in the circulation of fresh agricultural products should be stored in the appropriate temperature environment; the other one is the factor of time, fresh agricultural product has strong sensitivity of the time. So it should minimize the transportation and distribution time spent in the process. For the fresh agricultural product distribution timeliness characteristics, and considering many resource constraints, in the foundation of fresh agricultural product distribution network, this paper applies optimization and simulation study of operation efficiency on the problem of fresh agricultural product distribution path and distribution center. It has important significance to reduce the delivery time for fresh agricultural products and distribution costs, improve the efficiency of fresh agricultural the product distribution, and maximum guarantee the agricultural product freshness.Fresh agricultural product distribution network reasonable is the key to improve the efficiency of distribution. According to fresh agricultural perishable, short life and other characteristics, and the comprehensive consideration of cost, economic environment and infrastructure and other factors, the study establishes the fresh agricultural product distribution center location model of multi objectives with the application of multi objective programming method. Then it uses the examples to verify. On this basis, it establishes the fresh agricultural product distribution network structure model; According to the determined distribution network, a number of constraints, and the application of multi objective programming method, the research establishes multi-objective programming model for the minimum cost and maximum customer satisfaction by distribution routing problem. Then it designs the improved GA to solve fuzzy time window respectively. Finally, it is verified by an example; According to the typical cold chain logistics distribution network actual data, the research applies Flexsim simulation method for the optimization and simulation.The main conclusions of this paper include:(1) it establishes the fresh agricultural product distribution network node location model, gives the method to solve the model, and has constructed the fresh agricultural product distribution network structure model;(2) it sets up fresh agricultural product distribution path optimization model and designs the algorithm to solve the model. The research results show that fresh agricultural product distribution routing multi-objective optimization model and its solution algorithm are effective and can provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for fresh agricultural product distribution path optimization; the results of parameter sensitivity analysis can be used in the model application to effectively control parameters;(3) Through the simulation of a cold chain logistics enterprise distribution network model based on the Flexsim simulation, it analyzes the simulation model of the operating results and puts forward some concrete measures for optimization of distribution network of the enterprise. |
