After 20 years of development,ST company has developed into a medium-sized private enterprise in Chinese carbon industries,which now has more than 400 people,covers an area of 900 Mu,fixed assets valued at 420 million yuan,output value of 1 billion.But at the beginning of the factory,it had only more than 30 people,covered an area of 20 Mu,fixed assets valued at 1.8 million yuan,output value of less than hundreds of thousands yuan.Facing the marketplace environment of competition,the expansion of production and market scale,the shortage of human resources,How does the company develop? how to develop the strategy ? All these are urgent problems to be solved.In this thesis,aiming at the practical circumstances of the company,I make a concrete analysis about the internal environment,and the external environment,especially the market situation and product positioning,I make a concrete comparation,from which we can find the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of the company,and make the enterprise prospects,and the strategic goal of overall development.According to these strategic goals,I will make planning measures in four categories of products.
