Employee performance management is an important part of modern enterprise management,it is also one of the most popular research fields in the world.It mainly involves the performance plan,performance guidance,performance evaluation and application.Taking biological pharmaceutical industry as a starting point and under the analysis of present development situation in the biological pharmaceutical industry and the competitive environment in the meanwhile combined with KPI,BSC performance evaluation method in the actual application situation at home and abroad,this paper points out the necessity and importance of the performance evaluation system in our country enterprise which take KPI as the core by applying and improving the performance evaluation.Overview of KPI,BSC related theory and after analyzing the present situation and problems of performance management in Geruisi biological technology co.,LTD,by analyzing the main business process and management system,the deficiencies and problems have been found.Main problems including(1)did not form a scientific clear personnel performance appraisal system;(2)the association with work performance was not tight;(3)the appraisal object two-way communication was not enough;(4)the assessment results using was insufficient;(5)arbitrary large managers are not enough professional.Finally,from the perspective of the problems existing in the company,combined the technology of KPI and BSC performance management system theory,combined the technology of KPI and BSC performance management system theory,a complete and practical biological pharmaceutical industry enterprise internal employee performance management system has been built,and the supporting measures of implementation of the new appraisal system to work,in order to improve the level of employee performance to adapt to the change of internal and external environment which finally realizes the enterprise overall performance improvement.
