Chinese economy has achieved rapid development since the reform and the opening up.With the acceleration of global economic integration,enterprises' financial management is facing a series of challenges and problems.Financial management is the central part of the enterprise management,and an appropriate financial management mode can improve the management level and profitability,so,choosing an appropriate financial management mode is very important to every company.This paper introduces some related theories of financial management,and summaries three typical financial management modes.Then,this thesis uses system analysis,normative and empirical research method,takes the Four-unified financial management model of the DMSH Group as an example to study the definite problems and solutions of this financial management mode.This paper finds out that,the Four-unified financial management mode of the DMSH Group exists the following problems: the setting of financial organization is not reasonable,lacking of financial staff,and present financial stuff's comprehensive quality don't qualify the need,the performance appraisal mechanisms are inadequate,budget management is imperfect,the debt structure is not reasonable and the information construction of financial management is out of date.To solve these problems,this thesis thinks,the DMSH Group should build a definite financial management structure at first.Then,the DMSH Group should standardize the financial staff management criterion and improve the financial management flow.And the next,the DMSH Group should strengthen the budget management and inter-audit.Most important of all,the DMSH Group should improve the cash planning and the information construction of financial management.
