Research On The Food Safety Supervision Of Online Ordering

With the rise and development of O2 O business model,online meal ordering has been gradually accepted and recognized by consumers for its characteristics such as intuition,interaction,convenience and easy-management.Online meal ordering industry is developing rapidly,which has brought consumers quickness and convenience as well as many problems for the lack of safety supervision.In recent years,the safety incidents of online meal ordering were reported frequently in major news media,causing widespread concern in the society.Nowadays,China needs a comprehensive and systematic study on the safety of online meal ordering and supervision urgently,which will provide a solid theoretical basis for our government to formulate relevant laws and regulations of food safety.At present,the supervision of online meal ordering in China is weak,which are as follows: lack of efficient measures,even if the existing ones are not implemented in place;the loopholes of third party platform in technology and management,business registrations are not strict;inefficiency of stopping illegal operation,even harboring the illegal acts;the imperfection of corresponding laws and regulations,the vague of newly revised Food Safety Laws and Measures for the Investigation and Punishment of Online Food Safety Violations issued in 2016 on relationships of online meal ordering and responsibilities;buck passing and supervision incoordination among departments,government departments,governments,social organizations and meal ordering platform;thevirtuality of online meal ordering and lack of supervision before and after the event hard and the difficulties to trace the food origin caused by them.Aiming at the problems existing in safety supervision of online meal ordering in China,experience should be learned from developed countries.There are many things to do: one,to perfect the relevant laws and regulations.All parts and subject of online meal ordering need relevant regulations and systems of supervision and accountability should be established;two,to establish and perfect the access mechanism of online meal ordering,strengthen the investigation of network business and regulate the supervision behavior of the third party platform;three,to establish and perfect the coordination mechanism of governments' supervision on the safety issue of online meal ordering,to build “Internet + supervision” information platform,to establish the supervision mode of gridinformatizationand to set up the recall system of tracing back the food;four,to establish food safety supervisory coordination mechanism participated by social organizations,to establish the industry standard of online meal ordering and give full play to the supervisory role of the media and consumers.Food safety is the major event of the country.Chinese government should establish and perfect the safety supervision system of online meal ordering,promote the steady development of online meal ordering industry and effectively protect the rights of consumers on the basis of providing convenience and interests.
