Research On The Food Safety Regulatory Of Online Meal Ordering In F City Of Fujian Province

With the quick development of internet economy,the new industry of internet plus traditional food was emerged at the right moment.The young people love it mostly for its convenience and quick so this new industry developed very quick.“Internet plus” brings more development opportunities to the traditional catering industry,but also brings more food safety hazards.How to strengthen food safety supervision of catering services under the conditions of online transactions is a new topic raised by government departments.At present,the online ordering market has gradually penetrated into third and fourth-tier cities and suburban counties,and it also has put forward new requirements for food safety supervision of grassroots governments.This paper takes the F city which is a county-level city of Fujian Province as the research object,and takes the information asymmetry theory,the social governance theory and the intelligent supervision theory as the theoretical basis of the research.Through the literature research method,the case study method and the interview method,this paper deeply analyzes the status quo,effectiveness,problems and causes of the regulatory of online food ordering safety in F city.From the three dimensions of perfecting the top-level design of the system,creating a new type of “Internet + Big Data” supervision method,and building the social co-governance pattern,this paper explores and improves the countermeasures and suggestions for the safety regulation of online food ordering in F City.The research idea of this paper is to first point out the status quo and effectiveness of safety regulation of online food ordering in F city,and then summarize the shortcomings of supervision,and to do further analysis of the causes of regulatory problems,and obtain the existing regulatory concepts and supervision of F city.The method is difficult to adapt to the conclusions of the “Internet + Catering” food safety regulatory requirements.Use the method of traditional regulatory concept and innovative supervision,proposing an innovative model of “software supervision plus social governance” for online food ordering safety.This paper hopes to provide a innovation for the research of food safety regulation at the grassroots level through the innovative model of “intelligent supervisionplus social governance”.
