| With the structural reform of the electric power and change of relationship between power supply and demand,power supply enterprise realizes it important that the emphases of power supply enterprises should be shifted to the power grid construction and services work well.Improving service is critical for the development of power supply enterprise,accurate servicequality evaluation is the presupposition of improving service.Accordingly,This paper analyzed current status of power supply enterprise's service and discussed service quality management system of power supply enterprise's and its service quality management strategy based on the theory of power supply quality management.The paper according analysing the inner and outside environment of power supply enterprise,gives the model of power supply enterprise's service quality evaluation system. |
