The Analysis On Building A Well Off Society Of Hebei Province National Poverty Counties

The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that China will build a well-off society by 2020,which is a new goal of conforming to the requirements of the times and the will of the people on the basis of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Hebei Province is located in the Bohai Sea economic circle,and in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration of the background,so the realization of a comprehensive well-off significance.Hebei Province has 39 countries in poor counties,while the number of poor counties ranked fifth in the country,thus seriously affecting the well-off society in the process of completion.Under this background,it is of great significance to deeply study the problems of the well-off and well-off in poverty-stricken counties and to grasp the development status and future development direction accurately in Hebei Province.How to promote poverty alleviation in poverty-prone poverty is a problem to be solved urgently in Hebei Province.This paper first studies the origin of well-off society and the theory of poverty and anti-poverty,and through the study of these theories for the follow-up to lay a foundation for the article.Secondly,by studying the thoughts and research achievements of other scholars at home and abroad,and grasping the status quo of poverty-stricken counties,this paper designs the indicators of economic development,people's life,resources and environment and science education.This paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis on the economic and social development of the poor counties in order to understand the development status and development characteristics and problems of the poor counties.Then,the entropy method is used to empower each index,and the specific points and rankings of 39 counties are obtained,so as to analyze the degree of construction of well-off society in each poverty-stricken county.In the last part of this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions on the development of 39 state-level poverty-stricken counties in Hebei Province in the next few years,hoping to find out the poverty-stricken counties in Hebei Province and build a well-off society.
