The development of the information technology and the Internet under the background of rural e-commerce profoundly affects the transformation and development of rural Chinese. But the academic circles lack full understanding of the law of the development of rural e-commerce and the spatial differentiation characteristics. This paper takes 2014-2016 years Ali Institute issued the "Taobao" directory as the main source of data, using the ArcGIS,SPSS and other software, the kernel density method, nearest distance method of spatial analysis method and statistical method of principal component analysis and cluster analysis. It also tries to analyze and reveal the spatial pattern characteristics of rural China’s e-commerce and the formation mechanism. The main conclusions are as follows:1.Rural e-commerce has achieved rapid development in recent years. In 2014 the national rural online shopping market scale reached 181 billion 700 million yuan, and the scale of rural online shopping market in2015 reached 353 billion yuan, increasing 94.3%.At the same time, the brand scale is increasingly significant.2.From the whole, rural e-commerce distribution in China presents a condensed type distribution significantly, showing the group distribution characteristics, and the emergence of features from the south north of the Yangtze River Delta region diffusion.Secondly, from the provincial level, the spatial pattern of rural e-commerce presents gradient difference and contiguous features and there are five core gathering areas including the Yangtze River gathering area,Northern Jiangsu gathering area,South Eastern min gathering area,Yuedong gathering area and the Pearl Rivergathering area. The gathering provinces includes, from the north to the south,Hebei Province,Shandong Province,Jiangsu Province,Zhejiang Province,Fujian province and Guangdong province. Finally, from the county level, the development process of rural e-commerce is in the significant spatial auto-correlation,and the agglomeration concentrated in the eastern coastal areas. But most of the northeast and Midwest inland agglomeration is not significant. In the time dimension, the rural e-commerce has achieved rapid development, but the polarization is serious, the rapid development of the six provinces have greatly expanded their leading edge, while the relative development of other provinces is relatively slow. And the spatial distribution shows that the Yangtze River Delta agglomeration is obvious. But other parts of the eastern region develop steadily, while the central and western regions develop sporadically.3.The formation mechanism includes that basic traction is the level of information technology, the core driving force is the level of economic development and an important driving force is the level of transportation logistics.4.The countermeasures to optimize the spatial layout of rural e-commerce in China are divided into two aspects.High speed development zone should be the first to give full play to the advantages of agglomeration, and the development of rural electricity supplier growth pole.It also should focus on promoting product branding. The main countermeasures of lag development areas include prominent government guidance, strengthen the construction of infrastructure;integration of resources of agricultural products, improving the quality of agriculturalproducts;improving the transportation logistics system, cultivating talents;vigorously carrying out the "Taobao village" construction.
