TMTW2 Corporation in Tianjin is a key enterprise in the national medium machine manufacturing.With the more and more indefinite of the global economic from 2012,the market competition become increasingly intense in the home and outside.The entire manufacturing faces with the some challenges,such as the profit is decreasing gradually,and the human resources cost comprehensive rise and so on.These changes have affected the enterprise's normal operation.How the manufacturing industry enterprise can win in the competition is an imminent question,thinking from the present cost constitution in manufacturing industry enterprise,raw material cost accounts for 60%-70%of the total cost.Therefore,the purchase cost control will become the main method for enterprise competition in the future.How to make the purchase strategy,how to manage the supplier,how to make the supplier integrate in the supply chain,how to establish the science effective supply chain management.These questions are not only for the enterprise profit,but for the enterprise survival and the development.This research take the TMTW2 Corporation production management from 2013 to 2015 as a background,and take its purchase cost management system as the object of study.First the paper analyze the purchase cost questions in TMTW2 Corporation,and list some foreign advanced management ideas,and propose a purchase cost control method which consider the design firstly,and combine with the manufacturing,the quality control,from the strategic purchase altitude,in order to get "the lowest total cost".Second,the paper applied for the supply chain management theory,and presented the supplier management idea in the case research,and putted forward to establish "the partner"with the strategy suppliers.Meantime this research combined the sales roll forecast with the grey theory forecast to promote the accuracy of the sales forecast.And this paper established the SM warehouse ordering model,which build the resources sharing information platform to manage the sales contract,purchase order and make the supplier can deliver goods on time,come true the synchronously operation of the supply chain.Third,the paper analyzed the result of the purchase management.It is proved thestrategy can reduce the warehouse overstock,and actively control the purchase cost,and reasonably guarantee the sales profit,when the sales contract glides down in the TMTW2 Corporation.The strategy make the company's competitive power obtain the whole promotion,and help the company get through the difficult time and come back to the normal operation finally.Wish this research can give some references to the other machine manufacture enterprises in the purchase cost control idea,the pattern and the method.
