Study On The Control Of The Supply Chain Purchase Cost Of Mason Technologies

In the process of human social development, through the development of primitive society, agricultural society, industrial society, now we come to information society. Today, due to the high rapid of information communication, the technical ability of each enterprise is more and more similar, and the phenomena of product homogeneity is more and more serious, thus, the market competition is increasingly fierce. These new social phenomena bring demands and challenges to the traditional enterprise operations. This traditional separated management model of R&D, purchasing, production, sales cannot satisfy the development of modern business. Responding to the demand of the market and reducing the purchasing cost, Supply Chain Management(SCM) mode gradually comes to the enterprise management. The competition among the enterprises becomes to the competition among enterprise supply chains, and the most important part of supply chain management is how to control the purchasing cost. Therefore, it is significance for studying the purchasing cost control based on supply chain management mode.In this paper, we carried out deep research on the purchasing management and purchasing cost control of Mason Technologies,and explored the problems existing in the processes of purchasing, product design, warehouse management and finance management. Based on supply chain management, purchasing management, Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI) and Just-In-Time(JIT), to propose conduct a comprehensive reform and management change of Mason Technologies purchasing cost control, and finally realizes the purchasing cost control scheme under the supply chain management mode. The improvement strategies will be implemented in four parts: organization, staff, system and methods. These improvement strategies include the following four parts. First, a new supply chain management department will be established. Secondly, employee’s comprehensive quality must be trained for promotion. Then, suppliers management system will be established. Last, improve purchasing cost control way. In order to reduce the purchasing cost and increase the procurement efficiency.This thesis’ s research has a positive guiding role for purchasing cost control of Mason Technologies. At the same time, we hope it also has a positive role for other package enterprises of LED(Light Emitting Diode).
