The Study On The Path Of Satellite Cities In Metropolitan Area—Taking Pi Du District As An Example

Nowdays,satellite city is not only the treatment of "big city disease" phenomenon,but from the root,that is,as the effective carrier of space expansion and structural optimization in the region.Taking satellite city in the context of the metropolitan area,the high standard of planning and construction in the regional space.This is not only conducive to crack the traditional rigid urban and rural two yuan system,form the regional sub centers between the city and rural areas,do the role of the middle link.But conducive to revitalize the resources,and promote regional integration.This paper takes the satellite city as the research subject,combining with the background of metropolitan area.First of all,using the methods of literature analysis conduct a detailed study about the theory of satellite city and the theory of metropolitan area.The study found:First,there is a evolution process of satellite city that from simple to complex,from a single function to the complex function.Most of the existing satellite cities have a certain industrial and economic base,but can't undertake the function of center area.Second,Metropolitan area has a evolution process from single center to multi center.So the satellite city need to think about how to fully assume the function of center area in the industry,transportation and other aspects,to build the sub center that supporting center area.The research object of the article is PI DU district.At present,Chengdu has not formed an independent satellite city with complete function,and can undertake the function transfer from the center region.The purpose of this paper is to make PI DU became the first independent new town.On the one hand,this paper through the research about humanities environment,industrial structure of PI DU,clear its function:take the inheritance function of ancient Shu culture and Sichuan culture;sharing the education and training functions;sharing production function of center city;living function and rural ecological cultural tourism function.On the other hand,this paper think that PI DU district is located in the third generation satellite city.In order to transition to independent new city,there needs the gradient,industry and transportation development path.Finally,using factor and cluster analysis method to find priority areas.using the analysis method of LQ,clear the dominant industries and disadvantages industries of PI DU district,With perfect industrial system lead to the development of economy.
