With the constant improvement of domestic infrastructure and after the long term rapid development of construction market,a reverse of slack increase speed and cutdown space will inevitable appear and excess production capacity will be more prominent.To further speed up to go out and expand international business have already turned into the only choice and basic outlet for enterprises.This paper analyzes and concludes overseas market expansion mileage of TS Company in the past decade,and points out existing problems in its overseas marketing management.Through the analysis of external and internal environment,it clears opportunities and challenges facing the company's overseas market development and its own advantage and disadvantage,and finally on this basis puts forward proposals and ensuring measures for the overseas market expansion strategy of TS Company.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the research backgroud,contents,purpose and siginifcance,and the adopted theoretical foundation and research method.The second chapter analyzes and combs TS Company's external environment applying PEST analytical method and "The Five-force Model";in the third chapter,the paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation and exsisting problems of the company's overseas market and clears its core competitiveness on the basis of internal resource analysis.Then SWOT analytical method is applied for a detailed analysis of the outside challenges and threats and its own advantage and disadvantage.On the basis of the previous one,the fourth chapter proposes cost-advantage oriented expanding internationalization stratergy for TS Company.Guided by this stratergy and based on railway construction industry,the company shall advance towards the direction of vertical integration of construction industry and appropriately related diversification of international construction enterprise.The paper also puts forward proposals and ensuring measures for TS Company.In the end is conclusion.
