Research On The Risk Management Of Short Video Apps Project

Since 2016,the global mobile Internet industry has entered a rapid development period,many companies followed the trend and have launched many mobile APP projects.These mobile APP projects there were bigger risk and higher failure rate,because the mobile APP projects and traditional IT projects have many different aspects in the technology,marketing and development modes.The traditional development methods of IT projects do not adapt to the mobile APP projects.It is necessary to research and explore new methods for the mobile APP projects.Short video APP project,as a kind of mobile APP projects,in the era of Social Networking Video,becomes a popular trend on the entrepreneurial projects.Its project management issues are a great challenge for the project management.Risk management is a very important part of the project management theory,which determines the success or failure of the project.This paper studied the issues of risk management of the short video APP project including the risk identification,risk assessment and risk corresponding measures from the perspective of project risk management.A complete solution was put forward for small and medium enterprises to solve the short video APP project risk management problems.A case study of company H was researched as an example to verify the effectiveness and correctness of the solution.This study can provide a reference in risk management of projects for other similar mobile APP projects.Firstly,the present research achievements on the IT project management knowledge system,risk identification and risk assessment and risk responding strategy were summarized through the literature review both the domestic and foreign papers.Then the specific situation of the short video mobile APP project of the Company H was introduced and the differences of the APP project and traditional project IT were analyzed.And then Hierarchical Holographic Modeling(HHM)was selected to analyze the project risks in the short video APP project and a risk list was formed through the comparison of various existing methods of risk identification.Finally,AHP was used to evaluate the value of the project risk.The risk factors were sorted according to the consequences of the seriousness and three kinds of risks were identified marked by high,medium and low respectively.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to determine the possibility of the occurrence of these project risk factors and the overall risk value of the project was calculated.The corresponding project risk management plan and the specific risk control measures were put forward.These risks were efficiently avoided in the subsequent actual project development.With on the line of the Company H's short video APP project,the number of users got the steady growth and the good results were achieved.A variety of possible risks have been withstood.The facts have been proved that the Company H's project risk management is successful.The research of this paper provides an important help to the project risk management for the smooth and successful operation of the short video APP project of the Company H and it also has important significance for the other similar mobile APP projects.
