| It is a key issue for managers about improving the comprehensive utilization rate and reducing the costs of labor force with the development of China’s economy and the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.Textile industry,as a labor intensive industry,is more prominently influenced by the increase of labor costs.So how to improve the employee performance,and how to allocate and utilize the labor force resource reasonably has become an urgent problem demanding prompt solution in the textile industry.This paper is based on the production process of Hosiery Industry in textile industry,mainly investigate the hosiery operator,operator of the bottleneck process of hosiery weaving production line,and analyze the impact of operating comfort level and mental load on production task operability accordingly.Firstly,based on the theory and method of cognitive psychology,the production process of the hosiery operator is analyzed,and the behavior model of production process is established.The analysis is taken from two aspects,psychological process and behavioral process.On this basis,the SRK model is applied as the behavior model,and operating comfort level and mental load are determined as the evaluation factors for SRK accordingly.Secondly,the human body model of the operator is established by CATIA software,and the operating comfort level of the work is analyzed by using the method of ergonomics on this basis.Besides,a comprehensive rating scale is developed and the operating comfortable level of hosiery operator is determined according to this scale.Considering the influence of perceived load,cognitive load and time pressure,using the information entropy method,the mental workload evaluation formula is established,and then the mental workload is calculated by using the formula.Finally,the system dynamics model of operator behavior is established based on system dynamics.And the simulation experiment is designed,the mechanism which the operating comfort level and the mental load on the operation speed and the operation error rate is discussed.The experimental results are as follows: In condition that more looms were operated by the worker,the higher the labor load,the lower the operation speed and the higher the operation error rate will be.When the mental load is constant,the operating comfort level has a positive correlation with the operation rate and has a negative correlation with the operation error rate.When the operating comfort level is constant,the mental load has a negative correlation with the operation rate and has a positive correlation with the operation error rate.The study of this paper and the establishment of the labor load evaluation model can provide a reference of the rational using of labor force,improving operating rate and reducing operation error rate of the employees for enterprises related. |
