FN Company Quality Cost Management Analysis

Enhance the quality cost management is the basic requirements of enterprise globaliza-tion,which helps to reduce the product manufacturing cost,improve enterprise profitability and market competition ability,which helps to promote and improve the level of product quality,enhance customer satisfaction.However,there are many problems in the actual qual-ity cost management of enterprises,especially in the early prevention stage of quality cost management,and in the control of the implementation and the quality cost accounting.This paper takes the FN company as the research object,through the method of litera-ture sxurvey,statistical analysis and case analysis.Firstly,the history of the development of quality cost management has been systemati-cally studied,the definition of quality cost has been analyzed,the main contents of quality cost management and it relevant process has been expoundedMeanwhile the quality cost improvement method-Error proofing has been introduced.Secondly,the actual status FN's quality cost management,exist problems and its root cause has been studied.Then,the corresponding improvement measures has been defined for exist FN quality cost management problem,the quality cost improvement method-error proofing to reduce internal loss cost has been realized and the effort has been verified as well.Finally,the paper makes a comprehensive summary to determine the direction of the next step.
