Study On Quality Cost Management System For Heat Exchange Pressure Vessel

As the Chinese government's emphasis on the importance of energy saving and the prevailing development of IT technology,the marketing competition has become more fierce than ever before,and the manufacture of pressure vessel faces severe quality requirement and cost challenge.Lots of enterprises chose to build electronics information ERP system to improve the core competitiveness,but during the implementation of the system,many enterprises failed fully considering the integration of ERP system.As a result,the islet effect among different departments appears,and the ERP system fails achieving expected effect.Thus,it will be significant to build a feasible and trans-department quality control and cost management system for the enterprises.Based on the study on a large-scale enterprise of manufacturing surface feed water heaters in Shanghai,we summarize main processing points of quality control,analyze quality cost item for cost accounting,and attempt to build the quality cost management system.We build quality control and cost accounting system module by integrating quality management theory and quality cost theory,we try to establish quality cost management system.By electronically realizing quality process control and cost statistics analysis,the system has been implemented in enterprise practice.This paper illustrates enterprise applying example and achievement,analyzes 2014 system data by SPSS,and finds major factors influencing enterprise quality and cost.Quality cost management system accomplishes quality event processing electronically by level,and realizes statistics analysis of quality data and cost accounting for single quality event and total product manufacturing process.The system improves capacities of enterprise quality management and decision-making,reduces quality cost,and provides directions for enterprise management.
