Study On The Potential Evaluation And Development Strategy Of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port

Ningbo-Zhoushan port lies in China's north-south coastal routes and connects with the intersection of Yangtze River golden waterway.With the continuous development of the global economy,the pattern of world shipping trade has been changing.The development strategy of "Maritime Silk Road" brings new opportunities and challenges to the country and port city along the way.In 2016,Ningbo-Zhoushan port became the first port with cargo throughput outstripping 900 m tons in the world and integrated into the quasi global shipping center,making a forward step to the international shipping center.Since there are many circumjacent ports e.g.Shanghai port,the operation and development of Ningbo-Zhoushan port will inevitably intersect with other ports.It attracts a matter of concern that how to find out the development orientation,formulating scientific and rational development strategy of Ningbo-Zhoushan port,making dislocation development with Shanghai port so as to promote the economic development of eastern coastal areas.On the basis of summarizing the classical location theory,research background and the research status of port location theory both at home and abroad,processing from the analysis of the relationship between port location and hinterland,the thesis explores the basic connotation and influencing factors system of port location value,finding the path and direction of port location value creation route,excavating the core growth mechanism of port location potential,and constructs the potential mathematical model.By calculating the location potential of Ningbo-Zhoushan port and Shanghai port,the thesis tries to ascertain the port development potential and competitiveness.According to the regional characteristics of the port area,the thesis tries to seek the method of improving the location competitiveness.Finally,syncretizing with the strategy of Zhejiang marine province construction,this thesis puts forward the development strategy and corresponding safeguard measures of Ningbo-Zhoushan port,in order to provide reference and Enlightenment for planning the development strategies of Ningbo-Zhoushan port.
