Research On Financing Of Wind Power Company

Under normal economic conditions,the adjustment of energy structure in China to upgrade to speed up the pace,the new energy industry obtained great development,highlighting the balancing function to the economic development and ecological protection.Wind energy due to the lower cost in the new energy,fast acting and technical mature become the renewable energy power generation technology choice,but the further development of wind power industry dependent on adequate capital investment.The departure from the macroscopic and the microscopic dimensions,by exploring the influence factors of China's wind power enterprise financing efficiency,contact the related financing theory and the present situation,and reasonable arrangements for financing,promote wind power industry to accelerate the growth.In this paper,through the analysis of qualitative,sorting out the macro and micro factors affecting the financing effect of wind power enterprises,and carry out quantitative research.This article focuses on the macro level,economic environment and financial market environment in two aspects,on behalf of the economic environment index is selected as GDP,industrial added value,CPI growth and electricity consumption the financial market environment;the selection of the financial industry added value,the supply of M2,the balance of loans of financial institutions and the exchange rate as the measure index.Using grey relational analysis method,refined correlation coefficient,judgment indexes on Financing Effect of wind power enterprises.The influence of the micro level,from wind power company's solvency,profitability operation ability,financing effect,five aspects of growth ability and enterprise scale of wind power enterprises to carry out quantitative analysis.Firstly,using principal component analysis for data reduction on the micro factor index method Dimensional,refining the role of a significant factor as a regression explanatory variables,and then the new generation of panel data to take regression analysis,to determine the factors significantly associated with the impact factor.The qualitative and quantitative study based on the results of the new normal under the condition of economic development of China wind power enterprises,summed up China's wind power enterprise financing characteristics.Finally,combining with the characteristics of financing growth stage of China's wind power enterprises,puts forward the current financing difficulties of wind power enterprises,and further put forward according to the present situation the effective way of financing,the establishment of a government policy financing and commercial bank loans,mainly in the capital market financing and BOT financing and traditional financing way,the Internet to raise public financing,mixed financing mode supplemented by financing lease financing and industrial chain financing and other innovative financing methods,effectively solve the difficult problem of wind power enterprise financing to improve the financing mechanism,the wind power industry.
