Research Of Improving Individual Customer Satisfaction In T Bank's Branch

In recent years,China's financial market fully opened to the world.Since 2012,People's bank of China no longer adopted the policy of "one size fits all" on deposit and lending rates of commercial banks.With the continuous weakness of global economy,private business will become increasingly important to China commercial banks in the future.Under the background of homogeneity in the traditional financial services,it's hard to maintain competitive advantage by traditional financial products.Customer preference is vital to the development of commercial banks.Improving customer satisfactory for more customer resources became a significant method to enhance performance level and market competitiveness.However,services provided by commercial banks in China are barely satisfactory.How to boost service efficiency of commercial banks outlets and customer satisfaction level has become a common conundrum for all domestic commercial banks.The investigation and analysis on influential factors to private business customers' satisfaction in China's commercial banks is of great practical significance.Bank T was taken as an example in this article.Consulting a large number of document literature about factors affecting customer satisfactory,this research studied a lot experiences and results on influential factors of customer satisfactory in the banking industry of domestic and foreign experts.With years of working experience in commercial bank private business,the author constructed customer satisfactory and service evaluation system for Bank T branch and proceeded analysis on influential factors of customer satisfactory in private business.
