The Study On Measures And Current Situation Of Shijiazhuang Modern Urban Agriculture

With the development of urbanization and industrialization in china,the pressure of protecting the environment is becoming larger and large under the context of conclusion of the Paris Climate Agreement in 2015.We should not ignore developing the agriculture in a healthy way at the same time when we take economic construction as the central task.Having long been practiced in the 1930's,the urban agriculture played a significant role in economic?ecosystem and live.As a method of agriculture production which adapts to the urbanization and industrialization,urban agriculture is bound to balance developing the economy and improving the environment which is the basic state policy.The Council State issued ?Opinions of the Council State on accelerating the transformation of the mode of agricultural development ?in 2015 and Shijiazhuang issued the ?Opinions on accelerating the transformation of agricultural development mode?,which greatly empower the urban agriculture of Shijiazhuang politically.Shijiazhuang will usher an important period of its strategic development of modern urban agriculture,Shijiazhuang urban agriculture as a whole is in the initial stage which mainly functioned as a way of providing the products for the citizens.We have to take full advantage of the rich agricultural resources of Shijiazhuang,through the rational exploitation and precise orientation,the urban agriculture and livelihood of people in Shijiazhuang will get improved rapidly.This paper consists of five parts:Part I mainly introduces the practical and theoretical significance and the overview of the research at home and abroad.Part II elaborates the definition of the modern urban agriculture and relevant theories which will provides evidences for my study.Part III primarily analyze the current situation and sticking problems,then by establishing the index evaluating system of the development of Shijiazhuang modern urban agriculture,can we comprehensively know the answer,which will offer us real evidence devoting to the coping strategies.Part IV discusses the path of developing Shijiazhuang urban agriculture,and explore the right system for the products structure and social service.Finally we try to find the suitable way to develop.Part V views the existing problems of Shijiazhuang urban agriculture,referring to the success of other countries,the government should give a right play that market can not give.The first is to lay out scientifically and make reasonable plans;the second is mechanism transformation,focusing on services,the third is to promote manpower resource quality,the fourth is to boost the industrialization of agriculture,the fifth is upgrade the level of leisure tourism of urban agriculture,the sixth is to reinforce the reforms in supply side.
