Nowadays, with the development of the information and technology, various malpractices in the household contract responsibility system are protruding day and day and the transfer of farming land is more and more popular, the changing of the agriculture's Operating Model is very important.So, Take the changing of Pi county's Operating Model for example, combining the analysis of data, basing on reforming and innovating as main handhold, this paper expounds the necessity , superiority of the industrialized operation of agriculture and how to make that true.Firstly, the paper expounds the necessity and path dependence of the change of agriculture's operating model. It's necessary for the agriculture's operating model turning to the industrialized operation. Secondly, the article studies the correlation between the change of agriculture's operating model and the transfer of farming land from three angles—theory, history and an living example. It is concluded that the transfer of farming land is a prerequisite for the change of agriculture's operating model. Thirdly, all of Pi County's existing models' drawbacks are analyzed by living data and creation of the econometrics model. And then, the paper propounds a new model—"Backbone Enterprises +Specialized Markets +production bases +the peasant professional cooperative organization +the peasant household". At last, the paper offers some methods to pursue the new operating model, such as making the transfer of farming land more popular, making the backbone cooperatives gather together, strengthen the peasant professional cooperative organization, expending the production bases and perfect Specialized Markets.
