| S Import&Export Company(following will use S company for convenience)was founded in early 2011 year,which was a trading company engaged in the products of steel structure materials and project、warehouse、prefab house、modular integrated house、poultry house and feeding equipment.The first stage of company development was from beginning to the early 2014 year,holding the advantages of rich experience as earlier steel structure area exporter,and with the support of group finical and production capacity,the S company got rapid development in market growth、team growth、customer numbers accumulation etc.Since January 2014,the group started to reform and get ready to stock market,with the negotiated between both parties,S company got independence from group and start to run by itself as pour trading company.Recently years,with the International economy keep going down way,Chinese foreign trade turnover got deep pressure in growth for few years,especially the steel area was bearing pressure in government policy of “Reducing capacity” and Upgrading the economic structure.Both the demanding side and supplying side growing slowing,manufacturing cost keep rising,competitors running into the same market,all these negative factors putted lots pressure in company running.In another side,Chinese government worked out a series development measures,like “Go Out policy”、 “the Belt and Road”、 “the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank” etc.With the strategic going well and the G20 Top leaders meeting held in 2016,the international economy environment started to get better and better,the infrastructure area like Steel structure were benefited from the good policy and opportunities.To deal with the challenges of complicated foreign trade environment and to grasp the new opportunity,S company will need to e-examine their development goals,strategic plans and related management policies,recognize their own advantages and disadvantages,and refining the core-competitiveness,develop new competitive advantages,map out the new development strategic and plan for tomorrow.Following the process of strategic management and the changes in environments of foreign trading and steel construction area,here the thesis will put strategic management theory into the analysis of S company environment and all resources can be integrated,to work out the new business models,operating strategies,managing model etc,to find out the new competitive advantages,and to formulate S company’s development strategies.Here the thesis firstly use the PEST Analyze,combining the industry situation and tendency,to study all the environment inside and outside of S company;Secondly,here the thesis find out the advantages、disadvantages、opportunities and threat by SWOT Analyze,and give evaluation to the inner environment of S company;Lastly,combining the analysis results,the thesis work out the new development strategies and supporting measures,points out the new direction.Based on the research,S company are supposed to take “Going Out Policy” 、diversification strategy and differentiation strategy,to make product and market value maximization,to improve the Human resource value and customers resource value;Taking the “centralized strategy” of product and simple market,taking Sales、Product and VC platform as company competitive strategy,to help S company achieve sustainable development.To make sure all strategies going well,S company formulated a series supporting measures that include Organization structure、business system、enterprise culture and system.At same time,the related research conclusions can offer some references to the enterprises who were in similar situation. |
