During the Qing Dynasty,although the institution on trade between North Korea and China according to the Ming Dynasty's,there still have a series of uniqueness.All in all,it experienced a complex procession from the attitude which seems political,no-initiative and passive to show great enthusiastic on trade with China again to frequently adjust the regulations and commodities to actual situation according to the current politics and economy.And North Korea's silver reserves is the important basis of adjusting the trade article index.It is the prohibited item which can most reflect the feature that adjust the economic and trade attitude more timely and flexible while the times change.Although all belong to prohibited items,the treatments are not as the same because the lmit of time for different items,management and enforcement is not exactly the same way.So,it can be divided into two categories to discuss,one is passive prohibited item due to Qing's regulations such as war horse and bow angle,the other called positive prohibited item which being extablishsd according to their own needs in different periods of interests such as ginseng.Different items also have different ways to deal with based on its own military security and economic interests for North Korea.For the war horse,because of the political,security and a shortage of produce,there is a great demand for North Korea.So,although those items are called prohibited item and also have corresponding legal provisions,the government not only make the input unforbidden but also actively contributing the trade with China.But for positive items and the goods which in forbidden period,the government has detailed a limit policy and strictly carry out the processing ways.Totally speaking,for a variety of factors,the effect of carrying out the policy are also different.
