The impact of organizational justice on job performance has attracted more and more attention.Numerous studies have indicated that organizational justice is part of the influencing factors of job performance.These studies need to be strengthened in the following three aspects.First of all,there is no distinction between types and influence of the research object;secondly,organizational justice dimensions influence exists objection;finally,the view is mainly limited to the theoretical discussion,the lack of sufficient empirical test.This paper takes Chinese enterprise knowledge workers as the research object,which is linked to the importance of the knowledge economy age.On the basis of the existing research,this paper proposes and discusses organizational justice to job performance relationship model.And according to the foreign researches on organizational justice and job performance scale,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise knowledge Staff Chinese.This paper designed questionnaire.The mixed research method this paper mainly adopts the questionnaire and individual interviews with.Sorting through the questionnaire to obtain valid data,using SPSS 18.0 followed by a description of the sample,the different test,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the research hypothesis.In the sample,five knowledge employees were randomly selected to conduct individual interviews to further verify the results of the study.Research shows that:Organizational justice significantly positively affects job performance,and the impact degree from high to low is divided into information fairness,distributive justice,interpersonal justice,procedural justice.So,in order to promote the performance of the knowledge workers,enterprise leaders should pay attention to information communication with employees,establishing a tolerable salary system.At the same time,enterprises should form a highly efficient standardized system,standardized management,providing more of a sense of belonging for employees,and improve the knowledge worker performance.
