This research is based on the study of knowledge worker's organizational justice and compensation justice satisfaction, in the study at home and abroad on the basis of relevant literature, a state-owned institutions scientific research institutes of the knowledge workers as the research object, in redefining the salary satisfaction basis that forms element, with its organizational justice as an independent variable, pay satisfaction as the dependent variable, research to explore the knowledge type employee organizational justice and pay satisfaction.This study used a questionnaire survey method, on the scientific research institutes to knowledge worker's organizational justice and pay satisfaction problems for random sampling investigation, collect data, and will be subject to investigation of the knowledge type staff according to sex, age, marital status and length of service attributes are classified into four types of samples, the last use of statistical software ( SPSS ) the results were analyzed, to the study of organizational justice and its component factors and salary satisfaction degree of impact. At the same time, in the analysis of distributive justice and procedural justice on pay satisfaction relationship at the same time, to consider the interaction of justice on pay satisfaction, knowledge-based staff for this special group, their analysis of each dimension of organizational justice and pay satisfaction between different dimensions of affect, to supplement the existing shortcomings of the research. The conclusions of this study are as follows:1. Knowledge workers' organizational justice and pay satisfaction positive correlation.
