Service Trade Rules In Bilateral FTA Of China

The framework of the WTO multilateral negotiations has always been the main mode of international trade rules.But countries started to transform the mode of cooperation after "Doha round",through bilateral and plurilateral negotiation to coordinate the interests.represented by the United States,the developed countries attempt to sign bilateral agreements or plurilateral agreements above the level of the WTO rules.As a result of the reconstruction trend of the rules,making an active participation become the strategic choice for China.At first,this paper explains the theoretical research on bilateral FTA service trade rules,including the connotation and the relationship with TISA as well as the evolution of bilateral FTA service trade rules of China,and further clarifying that China actively participating in bilateral FTA service trade has theoretical support.Secondly study the text of bilateral FTA service trade rules of China.This paper selected the representative of China-Australia FTA,China-Pakistan FTA and China-ASEAN FTA,on the basis of the study about process and the summary of these FTA,this paper further studied the similarities and differences in the way of commitment,service departments and degree of liberalization of three types of FTA.And analyzes the influence factors of its differentiation,including economy,politics and motivation.What's more,contrasting the differences between China and America on the basis of the different types service trade rules of different FTA.The research including the service departments,the way of specific commitments and motivation.Finally on the basis of the previous comparative analysis at home and abroad,this paper summarized the Suggestions to perfect the bilateral FTA service trade rules in China,combining the actual national conditions and gradually opening service departments,perfecting the form of service trade terms,dealing with the relationship between the economic development and political demands.The innovation of this article is dividing the FTA into three categories in accordance with the level of economic development of partners.Based on this,analyses the differences between China and the United States and other developed countries.But limitation of the text is not using empirical methods to verify the influence of different free trade area.
