Study On The Evolution Of International Service Trade Rules And The Development Of China's Service Trade

The current worldwide trade protectionism is spreading,which further enhances the urgency of China's transformation of foreign trade development mode.In contrast to the slow growth and even negative growth of world trade in goods,the growth of service trade far exceeds that of traditional goods trade.Manufacturing value-chain and services to the global value chain of the important contribution that trade in services becomes the new engine to promote the growth of world economy,the service industry as the focus of a new round of open strategy,embedded in a larger extent to serve as the leading global value chain,is also a important way of China's service industry and the industry as a whole to upgrade.In the low speed of the development of the global international trade at the same time,the world's major developed economies is stepping up efforts to negotiate and develop a new generation of international service trade rules,and strive to influence and lead a new generation of international service trade rules.The trans-pacific partnership agreement(TTP),the transatlantic trade and investment partner agreement(TTIP),the international trade in services agreement(TISA)and so on are set higher standards on service trade liberalization issues and paradigm.Under the background of the deep transformation of international service trade rules,the study of the change and evolution trend of these rules will undoubtedly have a great impact on the opening and development of China's service industry.This paper discusses the evolution of international service trade rules and China's service trade development,further study of the evolution trend of a new generation of international service trade rules and its influence on the development of Chinese service trade.This article mainly around the trend of the evolution of international service trade rules on the successful experience of the world's major economies trade development policy,the history of China's service trade development process,present situation and facing the new situation,to promote the development of China's service trade and mechanism innovation and other aspects also in this paper.Specifically,the research content of this paper is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part of this article,mainly introduces the research background,research
