Fresh agricultural products as a living necessities of the residents,the market demand is gradually increased,the level of its logistics services have been widespread concern.The reasonable solution of fresh agricultural products distribution center location allocation problem can effectively improve logistics efficiency,reduce the waste of resources,reduce logistics costs.Domestic and foreign scholars to location-allocation problem in the field of logistics facility location and allocation of resources application has a lot of mature research results.But for specific industries,especially such products with special products like fresh agricultural products logistics and distribution research is still relatively small,there are still to be studied.Fresh agricultural products distribution center with the procurement,distribution,storage,handling,transportation and other basic functions,selection,distribution processing,sorting,distribution,convergence and other core functions and information processing,market demand forecasting,information consulting and other value-added functions.The location allocation problem is to determine the location of the facility and the allocation of the customer to the facility so that the sum of the distance between the customer and the service of the facility is minimal.The purpose of the location allocation of fresh agricultural products distribution center is to achieve the goal of minimizing the cost,optimizing the service and maximizing the development potential under the principle of adaptability,coordination,economy and strategy.Fresh agricultural products have perishable characteristics,short life cycle,the distribution cost is affected by many factors,such as delivery period,delivery tools,distribution of variety and quantity,the perishable,packing density,self-value,distribution distance and traffic condition.Considering the uncertainty of demand,minimizing the total cost of fresh agricultural products logistics system(including the transportation cost of fresh agricultural products,vehicle refrigeration costs,deterioration cost,distribution center operation cost and construction cost of distribution center and other economic indicators)as the target,to meet the demand of fresh agricultural products demand,distribution center operations processing capacity constraints as constraint conditions,Construct the location allocation model of fresh agricultural products distribution center with fuzzy constraints.The fuzzy requirement constraint is clarified by triangular fuzzy number.The immune optimization algorithm has stronger global searching ability,and particle swarm algorithm has higher convergence speed.Combine the immune optimization algorithm with the particle swarm algorithm to form a hybrid heuristic algorithm.The problem of distribution center location is solved by the immune optimization algorithm.The problem of demand distribution is solved by particle swarm optimization.Using MATLAB software programming to solve the case,get the fresh agricultural products distribution center location allocation scheme,verify the validity of the model and algorithm.This paper constructs the location allocation model of fresh agricultural products distribution center combined with the particularity of fresh agricultural products design the corresponding IA-PSO hybrid heuristic algorithm to solve the problem.I hope to provide new ideas for theoretical research,provide technical support for the location allocation problem of fresh agricultural products distribution center.
