The expensive logistics cost of fresh agricultural products is the main issue that restricts the distribution of agricultural products.How to reduce the logistics costs of fresh produce,improve the utilization of logistics facilities,and improve the distribution efficiency and service level have become the key to research.As an important node of fresh produce,the fresh produce distribution center can effectively integrate supply and demand information,which is the key to ensure the distribution efficiency of fresh produce,especially the fulfillment of the distribution efficiency of fresh produce and logistics.The fresh agricultural product city logistics distribution center has the characteristics of small service radius,small scale,many distribution lots and high distribution frequency.The service radius and scale of the distribution center determine its distribution service capabilities.In order to save costs as well as ensure the distribution efficiency and logistics service level,a scientific and rational planning for the location selection plan for fresh produce city distribution centers is required.First of all,through the analysis and collation of existing literature,the theories and research methods for the location selection of fresh agricultural products city logistics distribution center were summarized,the characteristics of urban logistics distribution of fresh agricultural products were analyzed,the logistics distribution center's site selection objectives,principles,influencing factors,and location selection process are Summarized,and the basic principles and steps of the immune algorithm are introduced.Secondly,on the basis of the distribution center location theory,a cost model for the location selection of logistics centers for fresh agricultural products is constructed.The model considers distribution costs,fixed costs,operating costs,loss costs,and carbon emission costs,taking into account both economic and social factors.In consideration of urban traffic congestion,the definition of freshness of fresh produce is introduced,a function between freshness and cost is established to calculate the loss cost of fresh produce,and the carbon emission coefficient is introduced to calculate the environmental cost in the distribution process.Finally,combining with the computational steps of the immune algorithm,the solving steps of the location selection model of the fresh agricultural product city logistics distribution center are designed,and the actual calculation example is studied by using MATLAB software programming.The distribution center is obtained on the basis of the minimum cost model.Then,the logistics service level evaluation model based on delivery time is introduced to consider the delivery time of replenishment as the index to evaluate the service level of the distribution center.The customer satisfaction is considered based on the cost.Selecting the distribution center from the demand point can not only save the construction center's construction cost,but also maintain the original city layout,taking into account the economic and social benefits.Using the comprehensive cost model and the logistics service flow level evaluation model to obtain the site selection program reduces costs and improves customer satisfaction.
