Since the 21st century,the rate of utilizing informational resources has gradually become a crucial factor for demonstrating a country's sustainable development level.In the context of the "Internet+" action plan,the pace of logistic informational tendency is accelerated.The fast development of Web 3.0,cloud computing,big data,the mobile network and other informational technologies deeply integrates the logistic industry and triggers the revolutionary innovations of the logistic mode,process,means and the ecological system.Meanwhile,the informational products of logistic service supply chains constantly spring up.Centered on clients' demands and supported by the cloud computing,smart connectivity,cloud pool,mobile terminal and other relevant technology that have cloud characteristics,a completely new platform mode sets up and participates in the subject virtual communications,interactions,coordination and feedback platform.Through the informational publication,data exchange,coordinated delivery and other services,it eliminates the obstacles to logistic information and achieves the reform of the terminal that supplies logistic informational resources.On the one hand,The cloud logistic information platform community is a smart mode and means that implements the logistic cloud and enjoys advantages in promoting logistic corporates' innovative driving,transformation and upgrading.On the other hand,the platform,as a new-born object in the logistic field,also faces the problems of clients' acceptance and loss because of breaking the traditional profit distribution,the supply-demand communication mode and the informational transmission chain.The unstable fixed profits,uncertain commercial mode and the irreversible traditional thinking seriously damage clients'initiative for participation and hinder the logistic industry's informational pace;centered on the flow experience,the platform fully masters the relevant factors that influence clients' satisfactions and carries out logistic operations targeting at the cloud logistic informational platform,as well as adopts relevant solving countermeasures to launch suppliers' schedule on the platform.Firstly,a research was carried out to analyze the current development situations of domestic and foreign cloud logistics and information platform,Based on arranging the literature related to the flow theory,cloud computing and the logistic informational platform,this research introduces the flow theory into the logistic field and represents the acceptance of the platform's clients through flow experience,appreciated satisfaction and the lock-in effect.Meanwhile,Through literature review,it forms the conceptual model and proposes fifteen relevant hypotheses,it also analyzes the subjective and objective factors that influence the acceptance of the cloud logistic informational platform community's clients from the social,technical and psychological levels.Secondly,by utilizing existing maturity scale,open-ended interview results and features of cloud logistics information platform-based community in Web 3.0 environment,initial questionnaire was designed.Then according to the conclusions of small-scale preliminary researches,some questions in the initial questionnaire were modified and deleted.The finalized questionnaires were then distributed and retrieved,and the data were collected.Meanwhile,SPSS21 and AMOS22 were used to analyze reliability and validity of the questionnaires as well as the hypothesis relation among variables.Based on the analysis results,a model path diagram was drew and hypothesis tests were summarized.Then variable intermediary effect was further verified,tries to research the factors that influence the acceptance of the cloud logistic informational platform community's clients in the Web 3.0 environment and its mechanism.Lastly,in line with empirical conclusions,from the perspective of immersed-type experience,factors influencing users' acceptance of cloud logistics information platform-based community were analyzed.On the basis that the dialectical relationships between cloud logistics information platform community as a dynamic concept and deterministic mode,between technical problems and system concept,between being the first and being universal,as well as between development strategy and practical operation were well mastered,following suggestions on the construction of a platform-based community and optimization of user services were put forward:Firstly,based on "Internet+" logistics,build platform-based community construction and management ideas centering on user experience;secondly,improve the platform website design and design a user-friendly platform-based community website interface which can be continuously optimized;thirdly,improve the quality of information on the platform and innovate the information value transmission system whose quality is under control;fourthly,pay attention to matters related with the platform-based community and create an interactive feedback mechanism for users;fifthly,respect "characters" of enterprises,improve personalized immersed-type experience and perceived satisfaction effect,thus promoting the generation of an ecosystem for logistics industry.
