The rapid development of "Internet +" has brought opportunities for the logistics industry to make the logistics service industry gradually become one of the pillar industries of China's national economy.In the field of logistics,with the development and popularization of logistics service model of logistics supply chain,logistics alliance and technology of cloud computing,virtualization,SOA and so on,and more and more attention and demand for personalized,specialized and convenient logistics service.But,much complicated,comprehensive,non-standard logistics resources and a variety of factors affect the fast and efficient completion of logistics task,when the current logistics service model in the face of ever-changing logistics needs.Therefore,a new model of logistics-cloud logistics has been promoted,which based on a cloud computing,service-oriented and demand-oriented.At present,cloud logistics has become the main direction of the development of modern logistics.More and more logistics enterprises are committed to building a cloud logistics service model for service and logistics tasks,which can meet the individual needs of customers and realize the low cost operation of logistics enterprises,resource optimization configuration and other goals.In the cloud logistics environment,the logistics resources have been provided to the platform to operate by the logistics resource providers.logistics resource could be accurately find and retrieve by demanders through effective classification,characterization and storage by the platform,and optimized through the demander's requirements.Therefore,the role of logistics resources throughout the cloud logistics services,and its classification of characterization,packaging and optimal allocation of cloud logistics service model is one of the key issues.Therefore,this paper studies the classification and characterization of logistics resources in the logistics environment and its optimal allocation,the main research work is as follows:(1)The discussion of the classification,characterization and the optimal allocation of logistics resources in cloud logistics environment.Analyzing the classification system,characteristics and attribute structure of logistics resources,and the status and needs of logistics resource information characterization.And fully discussing the feasibility and theoretical support of classification and characterization of logistics resources in cloud logistics environment.(2)Study on classification and characterization of logistics resources in cloud logistics environment.Firstly,the attribute characteristics of logistics resources in cloud logistics environment are studied.Then,based on the previous research method,the attribute reduction of logistics resource is proposed,and the decision tree method based on attribute importance is classified.Multi-granularity resource model has been constructed based on the ontology,and OWL-S is used to carry out resource encapsulation,and cloud logistics service is formed by describing the standard language of ontology to increase the likelihood and accuracy of cloud logistics service discovery.(3)Research on optimal allocation of cloud logistics resources based on bi-level Programming Model.Firstly,the scope and meaning of cloud logistics service platform are expounded,and then the process of resource allocation is analyzed through the framework of problem description and resource allocation.In the dual interests of the ability of uncertainties to produce unpredictable changes and QoS requirements of customer demand for logistics services allocation in the implementation of logistics services of the promotion,cloud logistics service platform logistics resource allocation need to fully consider this situation.Therefore,the optimal allocation model of cloud logistics service resources is proposed,and the model is carried out by NSGA-II.Solution.(4)The research methods are validated,which shows that the research ideas and research methods put forward are feasible and effective.
