With the increasingly close connection of China's and the world economy,there is a particular need for Chinese enterprises to change the traditional management mode and learn advanced management methods.As a significant part of enterprise assets,inventory plays an important role in the development of enterprises.Excessive inventory occupy the enterprise funds,reduce the profitability of the business,but the flip side is that Inventory shortage affect the normal production and operation of the company.At the same time,if the inventory storage is improper,it will cause material depreciation,decrease corporate profits,and even losses.Therefore,the quality of inventory management directly affects the working capital of enterprises and the corresponding operating results.It is particularly important for business that carry out scientific and rational internal control to ensure the safety and integrity of inventory,reasonable inventory holdings,improve inventory operation efficiency,timely find and solve the existing problems in the process of inventory management,reduce inventory management costs and promote the sustained and steady development of enterprise production and management of inventory.The development of China's oil and gas exploration service enterprises have ups and downs which is along with changes of the world economic situation.While the enterprise to deal with their own development environment which is constantly changing,strengthen the enterprise internal control has become an inevitable trend.HY company is a typical private enterprise of oil and gas exploitation in China,which has a certain representation in inventory management.Although HY company developed a set of internal control manual inventory,it did not establish effective internal control environment to carry out internal control work;the internal control measures of inventory management design,still exist deficiencies,cannot effectively control the formation system;and the Implementation of internal control system lacks effective supervision.These problems will influence the operating efficiency and profitability of the enterprise,become an obstacle to the development of enterprises without the improvement.Therefore,the oil and gas mining service enterprises should be based on the needs of their own development,carry out effective inventory internal control,improve the operation efficiency of the inventory,so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,to ensure the healthy development of enterprises.This article is based on the related theoretical foundation,refer to a lot of research literature at home and abroad,taking HY company as an example,according to management status and data analysis,discusses its problems of internal control of inventory,from a practical point of view and put forward some measures to improve the inventory internal control,supervise the internal control work to form an effective inventory internal control system by putting the method of PDCA circulation and performance appraisal of MBO into the internal control work.
