Customer relationship play an increasingly important role in production and management of enterprise with the deeply and constantly development in the market and the reform in the system of China,in the situation of mergers and acquisition the equity restructuring of Enterprise,the value of customer relationship is always being neglected,the theoretical system of customer relationship value evaluation has not yet been formed.but how to assessment the value of customer relationship became a problem that is of worth concern in the theory and practice aspect of assets assessment.Evaluate and assess the critical intangible assets,not only is a prerequisite for implementing a customer relationship asset transactions,but also beneficial to clear the client's position in all the enterprise's assets,promoting the enterprise customer relationship management and customer relationship value,so as to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.This article summarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three traditional assets appraisal methods,and build a valuation model to assess customer relationships based on this summarizes and analyzes.Specifically speaking,according to improve the way of gaining the main parameter of income method based on the income method,to achieve the goal of optimizing the income approach,making it more suitable for assessing the value of customer relationships.Period of benefit,in another word,customer cycle using scale models of risk and the expected return used the improved dichotomy,finally,using the analytic hierarchy process to peel the income from the customer relationship.In assessing the value of customer relationships,while the article also using the residual method to test the value of customer relationship,proved that the feasibility of improved income method,and finally adopted information security as an example to demonstrated the applicability of the method.Limited by the incompleteness of customer information,this article does not evaluate the value of customer relationship directly,but by calculating the customer value,and stripped the value of customer relationship out of the value of customer by the analytic hierarchy process.On this basis,we supposed that customer relationships as an increasingly important asset,is worth exploring and researching,but the incomplete records of customer information will bring resistance to customer relationship assessment,therefore the article suggested to record customer information systematically and thus improve customer relationship value assessment system.What's more,this article supposed that how to build a model which is used to identify the effective customer will become a hot issue in the future.
